PAWS OF LOVE

As a project at uni, I was given a mission to contact one existing company with an outdated brand and help them rebrand their organization. Paws of love animal rescue organization were the one that I decided to work with. The whole branding process consists of designing their logo, banners, products, fan page and a brand book.

Paws of Love Animal Rescue was founded in May 2014.
We rescue lost, homeless or surrendered companion animals and place them in loving foster homes. Paws of Love aims to give a second chance to animals that would otherwise have little hope. We also campaign for best practice animal management and animal welfare practices.

THE MEANING BEHIND OUR LOGO

The image is an abstract type of cat was made with thin lines, effective but recognizable. The half of a heart beside the cat is put close to it, showing the love for pets. The gradient color used makes us feel something charming, careful, and warm pour out of the cat.

POL owns a big
Facebook page with nearly 10,000 likes. The new face
promises to bring back to the
organisation even a bigger amount of customer.

This Paws of Love brand book is also a part of the rebranding process. A brand book is both a technical manual and showing things like logo usage, brand colour pallette and typography set but it is also a communication tool and will show the brand’s tone of voice, story, key messaging, visual dos and don’ts
and more.

The design itself will be honed to the brand’s values and positioning, the copy will be perfectly attuned to what the brand stands for and all elements will come together to showcase the brand in a seamless manner.
